Long COVID Recovery: Join Our Upcoming Study
Sara McRae at Zenbrio is leading a research study on the impact of a new method on long COVID client health.

The study will begin in fall of 2024 to further explore the effectiveness of a new method designed to provide lasting relief from long COVID symptoms.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a study of a holistic method designed to assist in long COVID recovery, focusing on patients experiencing symptoms such as:

Fatigue or pain that worsens with exercise

Cognitive clarity struggles, mental exhaustion, "brain fog"

Pain or symptoms worsening with emotional stress

Pain or symptoms that are worse or more pronounced on one side of the body

Challenges with coordination or balance
-
Reduced emotional range, emotionally dulled
-
Lack of motivation, energy, drive
-
Compassion fatigue, lack of emotional resonance
-
Overall recovery stagnating or treatments failing to yield improvement
We are looking for 20 participants who are willing to be interviewed following three sessions. Interviews are confidential and will provide important insight into the impacts of the method for long COVID recovery.
Qualifications for participation include being 18 years or older, having a long COVID diagnosis, and experiencing at least three active symptoms from the list above associated with long COVID.

The sessions for the study will be 2hours in length and take place in-person at Zenbrio House in Eugene, Oregon. Participants will receive a $22 discount on each session, making them $133 each for a total of $399 to participate in the study. Participants who complete the study will receive a $100 gift certificate to use towards services or classes with Sara McRae.
