Client Rights & Disclaimers

At Zenbrio House we are committed to transparency, integrity, and clarity in all aspects of our work. This page outlines important legal disclaimers, ethical boundaries, and scope of practice information to help you understand the nature of our services, your rights as a client or student, and the structure within which we operate. While our work may feel profound, transformative, and deeply personal, it is not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care. Please read the following information carefully to ensure informed participation in our offerings.

✧ Scope of Services

Zenbrio House and Zenbrio School offer classes, educational materials, self-awareness tools, and energy-based facilitation services, including but not limited to Touch For Health, HigherCx Restorative Facilitation™, and Client-Led Muscle Testing.

These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. No diagnosis is made, no treatment is prescribed, and no medical claims are offered.

If you are in need of medical attention, diagnosis, or treatment, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

✧ Self-Responsibility Model

All services, trainings, and sessions are offered in alignment with the Self-Responsibility Model, which acknowledges the client or student as the authority over their own healing process. You are never required to share more than you wish to. Your experience is honored without judgment or interpretation.

By engaging in services or classes offered through Zenbrio House or Zenbrio School, you agree to participate from your own agency and with full personal responsibility. This is why you are informed  that "it's okay to stop or take breaks at any time, for any reason."

✧ Consent and Confidentiality

Participation in any session or program implies consent to receive services as described. Your information is kept private and secure to the best of our ability, and no recordings are made without explicit verbal or written permission.

Group classes may include open discussions or partner activities. Each participant is responsible for maintaining confidentiality and respect within group settings.

✧ Confidentiality & HIPAA Considerations

Although Zenbrio House and Zenbrio School do not provide medical care or function as a HIPAA-covered entity, we uphold a high standard of confidentiality and ethical care.  Personal information shared during sessions, classes, or assessments is kept private and handled with discretion. Records are stored securely and not shared without explicit, written consent, except when legally required.

Because this work is educational and facilitative in nature, HIPAA protections do not formally apply. However, your trust is honored, and your privacy is respected with the same level of care you would expect in a clinical setting.

If you have concerns about your data or disclosures, you are welcome to inquire before beginning any service.

✧ Intellectual Property

All course content, tools, protocols, writings, class materials, and site content are the intellectual property of Sara McRae and Zenbrio School, unless otherwise noted. These materials are for personal use only unless express permission is granted for teaching, reproduction, or commercial use.

Do not replicate or distribute content without prior written permission.

✧ Testimonials & Outcomes

Testimonials and reviews shared on this site or associated media reflect the experiences of individual clients and students. Your experience may vary.

No specific outcomes are guaranteed. This work is educational, exploratory, and experiential. The results you receive are deeply influenced by your own participation, personal process, and the timing of your journey.

✧ Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final unless otherwise specified in writing for a specific event, class, or service. Refund policies for workshops, study participation, or long-term trainings will be clearly stated where applicable.
