About the HigherCx Case Study

The HigherCx Case Study explores how gentle, awareness-based energy kinesiology techniques can support regulation, integration, and life-force restoration for individuals experiencing long-term stress or post-viral dysregulation such as Long COVID.

This study is independent, non-medical, and educational in nature.

It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Instead, it observes how participants experience shifts in energy, coherence, and overall wellbeing through the HigherCx process a consent-based approach that emphasizes self-responsibility and nervous-system coherence.

The study is conducted by Sara McRae, LMT, through Zenbrio House LLC, with all sessions held in Eugene, Oregon.

It follows clear ethical standards including voluntary participation, confidentiality, and ongoing participant consent at every stage.
